Axvoid Prompt Library is a XenForo add-on for creating and managing a searchable library of reusable AI prompts within your community.
Organize prompts into categories and add tags, descriptions, featured images, usage notes, and example outputs. Members with the appropriate permissions can browse and search the library, filter and sort results, save prompts to their favorites, and rate published entries.
Prompts can include customizable fields. Members can enter their own values, preview the personalized prompt in their browser, and copy either the customized version or the original. Personalizing a prompt does not change its published content.
You control participation through XenForo permissions. Depending on their permissions, members can submit prompts, edit their own entries, or publish directly. Submissions from members without publishing permission are sent for review. Authorized authors and administrators can review revision history and compare versions. Prompt authors cannot rate their own entries.
Administrators can manage prompts, categories, tags, and submissions, configure the library’s layout and image style, and add a Latest Prompts widget to the forum.

Access and licensing
Axvoid Prompt Library is included with an active monthly or annual Axvoid Private subscription, subject to the applicable licensing terms. A valid product license must be activated for your forum domain. The add-on does not generate AI responses; it helps your community organize, customize, and reuse prompts.
Installation
1. Back up your website files and database.
2. Install the add-on package through the XenForo Admin Control Panel.
3. Enter your Axvoid Prompt Library User key and Secret key in the add-on options.
4. Save the options to verify the license.
5. Configure the relevant XenForo user-group permissions and enable the library.
Keep your Secret key private. Do not include license credentials in public posts, screenshots, or support requests.
