Reporting a problem

A report is much easier to act on when it includes:

• your browser and its version, and whether you are on a phone or a computer;
• what you were doing — the output format, the options you had switched on and roughly how many images;
• what happened and what you expected instead, including any error message shown on the image card.

Please do not attach private images. The tool never uploads your files, so we cannot see them unless you send them yourself.

Privacy requests

We keep no accounts and never receive your images, so there is very little personal data we could hold about you. If you have a question about data protection or want to exercise a legal right, email us and we will reply. See the privacy policy for details.
