Terms
Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use Axvoid Image Studio (“the site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The service
The site provides free tools for converting, compressing, editing and exporting images. Processing takes place in your browser. We may change, suspend or remove features at any time.
Your images
Your images remain yours. They are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use and edit the images you process, and for how you use the results.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to process content you have no right to use;
- interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or overload it with automated requests;
- copy the site to present it as your own service.
AI background removal
Background removal is performed by automated models and the result may be imperfect, particularly around hair, fine detail and low-contrast edges. Check the output before you rely on it.
Third-party software and services
The site uses open-source libraries and AI models that are provided under their own licences, listed on the about page. Some files are delivered by third-party networks, and the site may show advertising served by Google; we do not control the content of those ads. The privacy policy explains how these services handle data.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the output will meet your requirements. Keep the originals of any images that matter to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axvoid is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
